The CARD project connects 400 locations across the state of AP to the main office in Hyderabad. Any registration made anywhere is automatically updated to the main database server in Hyderabad.
This is the very first project of its kind to be implemented in India. All the District Registrar and Sub Registrar offices are connected to the Head Office through a giant WAN network of leased lines. Network security considerations have been taken care of by setting up Firewalls and VPNs.
